CQWorx is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM), quotation, estimating and invoicing software package aimed at small to medium sized organizations.
CRM
On the CRM side it includes a customer database, user-definable customer types and sales regions such as provinces or countries. For each customer you can manage multiple contact events, for example to keep track of emails and phone conversations with each customer.
Inquiry management
CQWorx features an inquiry management capability, whereby you can keep track of customer inquiries and at a glance see a to-do list of activities. You can utilize its workflow features in order to delegate follow-up work to other users of CQWorx.
Document and correspondence management
CQWorx allows you to define standard document templates, which allow you to quickly generate correspondence that is uniform in appearance, with CQWorx automatically filling in your organization's and the customer's details. You can email quotations and other reports directly to a customer in HTML format.
Estimating, quotations and invoicing
CQWorx offers you the ability to quote on professional services as well as stock components. You can also set up recursive collections of components, for example if you are a manufacturer that assembles complex products from simpler components. You can generate quotations, convert quotations to orders, and generate invoices from your orders or quotations. Furthermore you can print Bills of Materials for orders or invoices.
Reporting
CQWorx uses HTML as its reporting mechanism. You can generate reports per system user and per business unit. HTML is easily sent to your customers as an email attachment, or printed as a hardcopy. Generate reports such as forecast vs actual sales, sales reports by component or outstanding quotations.
